Waverly Health Center is governed by an elected Board of Trustees. We have five trustees who have been elected for 4 year terms. The meetings of the Board of Trustees are open to the public.

Susan K. Vallem
| Susan K. Vallem heads the Social Work department of Wartburg College. She has served on the Waverly Health Center Board since January 1982. She is currently the Board Chair. |

Roger Johnson
| Roger Johnson works for Lowery McDonnell Company. He has served on the Waverly Health Center Board since January 2006. He is currently the Secretary of the Board. |

| John R. Johnston is an independent financial advisor. He has served on the Waverly Health Center Board since February 1986. |

Jill Kwikkel
| Jill Kwikkel works in retail management. She has served on the Waverly Health Center Board since January 2010. |

| Jennifer Seward is a Speech Language Pathologist with Area Education Agency 267. She has served on the Waverly Health Center Board since January 2009. |
