Michael Trachta, Chief Executive Officer
| Mr. Trachta is a Fellow in the College of Health Care Executives. He has a Master of Arts in Hospital and Health Administration and a Master of Business Administration, both from the University of Iowa. He served two years in the post graduate Fellowship program at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics and had served as CEO at two other Iowa hospitals before becoming the CEO of Waverly Health Center February 1, 2002. |

Lisa Bennett, Chief Financial Officer
| Ms. Bennett has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Briar Cliff College, and her Certified Public Accountant certificate from the State of Iowa.. Ms. Bennett was the Chief Financial Officer at another Critical Access Hospital in Iowa for 4 years before joining the Waverly Health Center team. Previous to that, Ms. Bennett had 6 years of work experience in the insurance industry. |

Rhonda DeBuhr, Chief Nursing Officer
| Ms. DeBuhr has a nursing degree from Allen College and a Bachelor of Arts in Managemenet of Healthcare Services from Ottawa University in Kansas City. Prior to joining the Waverly Health Center team, Ms. DeBuhr worked at Sartori Memorial Hospital for 25 years in various nursing positions, including 11 years as Vice President of Patient Services. She also worked for the Department of Inspections and Appeals for 3 years as a hospital surveyor. Ms. DeBuhr joined the Waverly Health Center team in April of 2003. |

Elly Steffen, Chief Operating Officer
| Ms. Steffen has a Master of Hospital Administration and a Master of Public Health from the University of Iowa and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Wartburg College. Prior to joining the Waverly Health Center team, Ms. Steffen was the Director of Program Development at Great River Medical Center in West Burlington, Iowa, where she also completed a post graduate Administrative Fellowship. She is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives. |
