Cardiac Rehabilitation

If you have or have had heart problems, cardiac rehab can help improve your health and quality of life.

Cardiac rehab uses exercise to help your heart work better:

  • Aerobic exercise
  • Muscle strengthening
  • Stretching
  • Our supervised program includes education on exercise and lifestyle changes, and provides emotional support. It is supervised by a doctor and nurses, and is designed to improve your life. Most insurances will cover the cost.

Cardiac rehab can help if you have or have had:

  • Chest pain
  • Heart attack
  • Bypass/valve surgery
  • Cardiac catherization
  • Stent placement
  • Heart transplant
  • How to Sign-Up
Being part of cardiac rehab is simple. Your doctor can sign an order for you to participate. Cardiac rehab staff will contact you to schedule your first session.
